Cancellation policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Any further changes will require a new deposit.
A 20-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond this time will incur a £5 late fee and may require your appointment to be adjusted.
